Day 1
Arrival and in the evening dinner and info about Madeira Hiking Experience.
Day 2
Coastal walk from Arco the Sao Jorge to Boaventura and in the afternoon a visit to the natural pools of Seixal for a refreshing swim.
Day 3
Lavada walk Castelejo and in the end of day a visit to Porto da Cruz where we will have dinner.
Day 4
Mountain walk to the top of the highest mountain of madeira the Pico Ruivo.
Day 5
In the morning take the cable car to the top of Monte and visit the Botanical garden. Later in the day you can explore Funchal.
Day 6
King of the levada the Caldeirao do inferno en dinner at local restaurant in Arco.
Day 7
Free day to relax or have a beautiful hike near Arco.
Day 8
Departure but if your plane is leaving late we can go for a hike at Ponta de Sao Lourenco.

Day 1 arrival at Sao Jorge
Arrival and in the evening dinner and info.
Day 2 Hiking!
Coastal walk from Arco the Sao Jorge to Boaventura and in the afternoon a visit to the natural pools of Seixal for a refreshing swim.
Day 3 Levada Castelejo walk
Lavada walk Castelejo. This hike you will be treated on beautiful views and leads along the islands native flora and fauna. At the end of day a visit to Porto da Cruz where we will have dinner.
Day 4 Pico Ruivo the peak on our Madeira Hiking Experience
Mountain walk to Pico Ruivo (1862m), the highest mountain on this holiday trip to Madeira. Starting from Achada do Teixeira you will hike all the way up to the Pico Ruivo. The route has spectacular views, also when it’s cloudy. Because of the height you will walk mainly above the clouds.
Day 5 Botanical Garden Madeira Hiking Experience
In the morning take the cable car to the top to the most popular small colonial village Monte. After that you will visit the famous Botanical garden of Madeira. Later in the day you can explore Madeira’s capital Funchal.
Day 6
King of the Levada the Caldeirao do inferno. Levada’s are small irrigation canals which provide rain water from the forest all over Madeira. The walk leads along beautiful waterfalls between the mountains in the forest. In the evening you’ll enjoy dinner at local restaurant in Arco de Sao Jorge.
Day 7 Madeira Hiking Experience
Free day to relax! You can go for another beautiful hike near Arco or chill out in our garden or on the terras reading a book or just hangout.
Day 8 Madeira Hiking Experience
Departure! But if your plane is leaving late, we can go for a hike at Ponta de Sao Lourenco. This is a beautiful hike at the far end on the peninsula of Madeira. Here you can see how the island was formed through the rough volcanic terrain.
